Very Good

The Dell WD25TB4 is a practical Thunderbolt 4 dock for Dell-first desks that do not need the remote management layer of the SD25TB4 Smart Dock. It is easier to recommend than the old WD22TB4 if you are buying new because it adds 2.5GbE, HDMI 2.1, Dell's current Pro Dock cable design, and a clearer path for newer Latitude, Pro, XPS, and Precision systems. It is not a universal magic box, though. Non-Dell laptops get standard 96W USB-C Power Delivery, and Macs cannot ignore Apple's external-display limits just because the dock has several video outputs. There is also no audio jack or card reader, so some setups still need a small adapter. At Dell's $299.99 list price, the WD25TB4 makes the most sense for offices that want native Thunderbolt 4 video, strong Dell laptop charging, and 2.5GbE without paying extra for Smart Dock fleet management.
